Maybe Anova’s didn’t noticed but I’ve buyed 5 machine’s of Precision Cooker, I have 2 and the other one’s gave them as a gift. I love my Anova’s but recently one didn’t worked no more.
I sent a mail to support to Anova’s and quickly got a response from Marilette and without any questioning offered to change my Precision Cooker. I was really surprised because they really offered support. I have no doubt I will be buying more Sous Vide machines and definitely will be Anova’s!!!
