Any success with refunds?

Anova have agreed to give me a refund after issues with the Oven tripping my electrics (and electrician has confirmed there is not an issue that he can see with the house electrics) but this was not resolved and Anova agreed to process a refund once the unit was returned. But despite repeated requests they don’t seem able to send out returns labels. I am in the EU which doesn’t help! Does anyone have experience getting a refund from Anova or have any advice to hurry them along. So far I have had a working over for a month and non-working on for four!
