APO cooking guidelines

How can I get some sort of cooking guidelines, pamphlet, booklet, flyer, etc, for fish, beef, lamb, pork. Including temperature, sous vide, steam for my Anova Precision Oven?

Hi Denise, i’m not an APO owner, therefore i don’t know what information came with your oven. From your question it seems Anova might be economical with details. There is a new APO-specific forum which might be helpful and it might have some company support. Select the “Anova Precision Oven” label under your subject, that should connect you.
