App FAIL

I can never sign into the Anova App. Every single time it says “User Does Not Exist” This is a real pain since I travel and cook with my Sous Vide often. I have also bought a dozen Anova units and probably promoted 25 people to buy them too. Fails whether I use my username or email address. Am I the only one? Where is the love?

You might need to talk to support. Can’t say I’ve ever had an issue logging in with the app.
