The problem with repair or replace is that anova does not answer.
The customer service is terrible.

Donāt worry. You can call your credit card company and always get it solved. Iām sure that support is backed up. I was on the first delivery wave. I know that those that followed would have issues that would tie up support. I know itās frustrating, but itās part of being an early adopter sometimes.

Yes, there are annoying things with the oven. Non of them are substantially impacting itās performance at this time. Works great for its core purpose.

My other option would be to return it which is not what I would prefer but is better than to have a broken oven.

I have not received any news and nobody has contacted me. I am starting to think that all of this is a Scam and this company is not serious. I never had such a bad customer service.
I will start today the claim to my credit card for fraud.

Fraud? I donāt think that is going to stick. You can dispute the charge and when they ask you if you have have tried to resolve the issue with the merchant you can document your emails with support. The merchant then has to follow the dispute process. During that time the credit card company typically credits you back the charge amount.

I received my oven two weeks ago and regularly get water on the countertop and in the oven after using it. For the countertop water, if I remove the water tank and swab up the water (all of which takes about 5 min) and then return the water tank, it doesnāt leak again. The internal water accumulates every day and seems to be coming from a slow drip from the steam nozzle in the back right side of the oven.
I reached out to Anova right away but havenāt heard back. The situation is manageable, but shouldnāt be necessary with an appliance in this price range.
Do you mean the water leaks without operating the oven? If so, yes, that should not be happening. Are you using distilled water?
I am using distilled water. The water leak inside the oven happens even when the oven is not in use. It is significant enough to cause pooling in the bottom of the oven that has to be sopped up once or twice per day. I have now pulled my water tank slightly forward to disengage it so no water is entering the system.
You should open a ticket and get it serviced or replaced.
I did. I finally got an initial response yesterday (took about a week).
After a couple of diagnostic emails, it was determined that my oven should be replaced. I sent mine back and, hopefully, a new one (that works correctly) will be on its way soon.
