Booker & Dax Searzall finally!

I got my ANOVA PC sous vide cooker fifteen months ago. As soon as I expressed interest my SiL gave me his Searzall that he found little use for.

Not having a proper torch, I had little use for it. Now I have a Bernzomatic TS8000.

And two little pork chops in the SV for 3h @ 130ºF.
