I have these 2. I don’t think they made your list. Is the one on the right the Anova One?
The older one on the left is from the first production run that were sold.
When I first became interested in sous vide cooking, and the Anova had started being marketed, although it was far less expensive than the big-box water bath sous vide cookers, I think it sold for 2 to 3 times as much as it did a year or two later, so I waited.
My first sous vide appliance was a Dorkfood DSV (adapts a large crockpot for sous vide, with a temperature probe, and a regulator that starts and stops the crockpot power to hold a particular temp). I still use it occasionally, if a large batch of meat won’t all fit in my Lipavi C10 bin with Anova-fitted cover, without too much crowding.
