We are trying to prepare corned beef brisket but one that is “less time consuming”. Any suggestions/reciepes to offer?
If you are looking to reduce your overall cooking time sous vide corned beef is not the answer.
While the quality will be better than any you have had before it takes 24-48 hours to achieve it.
If you are in a hurry try a pressure cooker they greatly reduce the time needed.
