Deliver without VAT to companies with VAT number

We, as a company, have a VAT number which we can provide you. Based upon this VAT number it is possible when we buy products in other countries to deliver these without VAT. Is it possible to deliver the ANOVA without VAT if we provide you our VAT number like with al other international purchases ?
