Cooked this bad boy up at 140°F / 60°C for just 1 hour. Tasted so damn good! First time making sous vide porkchops. I just looked for something easy on the app - I found “Sous Vide Bonless Pork Chops with Caramelized fennel” recipe from Kate Williams. I skipped on the caramelized fennel part, though.
