Fedex misplaced my package How do I get another?

Fedex has seem to misplace my package and I have not been able to get in contact with customer service yet.I had never received it and have called fedex and they gave me a case numer and they have told me me to get in contact with anova to get a new one shipped out. How do i get in contact with someone to ship me a new anova?
