Shipping issue

Firstly this post is for mods whose job is to look through threads for complaints not to discuss. My only intent is for a mod to request my request number to look up and resolve this issue!

Was giving a label and told to ship unit to them and one would be shipped to me when UPS scanned the unit in. Contacted Anova after THEY RECEIVED the unit I shipped asking for tracking. I was told that it was already shipped and that I will receive a tracking email when it DOES SHIP. IF IT IS ALREADY SHIPPED THEN WHERE THE f IS MY TRACKING EMAIL. TO MAKE THIS WORSE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS the lady used in the email she sent me doesn’t have my fucking apartment number in it!!!

Please contact Support. I have no access to the shipping information…
