I ordered my Precision Cooker on May 29. Unfortunately, it was part of the batch that had shipping problems, When I finally received it I immediately unpacked it and prepared some salmon fillets I had in the fridge. I used the Flaky Miso Salmon recipe on this site and it was delicious! Thanks to Bill at Anova customer support for fixing the shipping issue and for a great product!
