Received my APC at 8.30 this am. I ordered it on Tuesday at noon, incredibly speedy delivery from the UK to France. Had a problem with paying via credit card as my zip code wasn’t accepted, but PayPal went through OK.
Paired the BT OK with my iPad, and temperature was already set to Celsius.
My pic didn’t do it justice, but it was everything I expected, that’s after leaving it in for an extra hour longer than the 40 mins as per the app’s burger recipe. Will try the pan searing next time. My torch is too lightweight to do a fast job, although it gave great flavor.
