Grinding noise first time using due to propeller not aligned?

Hi,

So im not sure if my propeller is misaligned or not but so I would like to see if other people pictures of their propeller

The reason I am asking is because i just setup my anova precision cooker for the first time, and it made a huge grinding noise, I looked online and it says that my propeller is misaligned, I checked and it seems that it is not centered at all.

I tried to add water to see if it would stop the grinding noise, it did not stop

Phil, never attempt to operate your Anova without it being appropriately submerged in water. It’s element wasn’t designed to heat air.
