Got my first Anova Precision Cooker as a gift recently.
I ordered a stand so i don’t have to store it in a drawer.
Annoyed as hell, only to find out my Anova Precision Cooker doesn’t fit in the Anova Precision Stand.
Anyone found a hack to make it work?
How does it not fit? The ‘ears’ are assymetrical, try the other orientation. You might have noticed the difficulty replacing the end cap after cleaning.
I’ve always liked the idea of a semi-hard pill shaped case for storing & hanging the Anova unit out of the way but secure enough for travel with the kit to use, my main anova is always out, sitting in water, lidded, the second unit remains boxed until needed for back up.
Saves water & time being perma-kit & the option for use increases exponentially for meal prep same / different day.
