Hello,
Recently I received a replacement for my Anova Oven, which stopped working within a warranty period.
The replacement arrived with the FW v2.0.11. With this FW the Oven was able to turn on and the LED displayed the default values (Temp 65C, Timer 00:00, Steam OFF). But the Oven did not respond to the ‘START’ button – no program started, no heating, nothing…)
After I paired the Oven with the app and updated FW to 2.1.10, the ‘HIGH TEMP OFF’ message was displayed (as shown in the picture).
After the FW update, the Oven still does not respond to the ‘START’ button. It’s also impossible to start or send any receipt from the Anova App to the Oven.
Please advise how to fix the above troubles (if possible).

I hate this oven, could have been so good…
You will need to contact the CS via email for them to send you yet another unit in all likelihood.
Maybe try reddit sub forums in case anyone there can get it going for you?
The CS reps (Anova) are not technically minded, nor generally very capable except to arrange for replacements.
Good luck with your (likely) third one, which I hope it doesn’t come to, atrocious software stability.
I don’t (WON’T) own the oven, too much frustration potential.
Look for Anova user in the forum oven category here @BostonBestEats they may have provided a link somewhere.
Otherwise a basic search (not exactly taxing) should do it.
Key word “Anova” obviously, should get you in the general vicinity, i’m not a member there, in the meantime take up the problem with Anova CS, because likely your unit, seeing as you have experience with them is another damnable dodo.
Good luck.
