How do I shut off the timer within the app?

I am not normally technologically impaired, but I could not shut off the “Keeping Warm” timer from the app. The unit is unplugged. Why is it still counting down (after over 38 hrs)? How do I shut it off?

I deleted the app and reinstalled the Anova app to get it to stop counting down. There has to be an easier way.

Usually pushing “Stop Cooking” does it for me, but then I never use the “keep warm”
