How to calibrate my Anova?

Hi everyone

How do I use the “Calibrate Offset” in my App correctly?

Assuming I’ve set my device to 62.5°C, but the measurements done by my trusty physicist (he was bribed with a sous-vide pork tenderloin) show 62.1°C. Do I now set the offset to -0.4°C or +0.4°C?
