My 2 yr old Nano makes a constant, very loud, rattling sound when in use and I can’t get it to stop. I clean it regularly. I used to hum very loudly as well but the rattling overpowers this. The noise can be heard in other rooms, it is so loud. My inquirey with Anova during the summer of 2021 did not resolve the issue. Any suggestions?

Same problem but add an extremely loud screeching sound. It used to do it occasionally but it’s almost to the point of constant.
