For the first time, I was getting a cyclical “Chiming” noise from my Anova Nano during a cook. About every thirty seconds, it made a chime. It was similar to the sound a tuning fork makes when you’re tuning up a guitar. It would start, last a couple or three seconds, then fade.
Solved: the Nano was in contact with the underwater metal rack that was holding my meat. When I pulled the underwater rack away from the Nano by just 1/4 inch…it stopped.
I’m more amused than anything else!
