iOS App Black Screen

Anova Precision® Oven

I have an Anova Precision Oven 1.0. I haven’t used it in months and was getting ready to, only to find that the iOS app opens to a black screen with no interface whatsoever.

I’ve force quit the app, rebooted the phone, and deleted and reinstalled the app. There has been no change in behavior.

What can I do to get the app working?

I don’t have the Anova oven, but I’m fairly familiar with ios apps. It’s easiest to just delete the app and then reinstall it.
