Lack of Reponse

The clamp for my precision cooker has broken. I have glued it together but the glue doesn’t seem to hold very long.

I attempted to contact Customer Support (I am in Germany) and they replied very promptly asking for the serial number and a picture of the broken part. I replied with a picture and the serial number and there has been no further contact from the Anova Customer Support. I have tried contacting a second time and there is no response other than the automated response saying that someone will get back to me.

How do I go about getting a replacement clamp? I know my device is out of warranty and I am willing to purchase the replacement part but I cannot find it listed anywhere for sale.

They did finally get back in touch with me last night so maybe there is still hope!
