Good morning everyone.
I have this leakage I can’t clean for it’s between the two glasses. It got out at the first use, I suspect some material left inside. How do I unmount the glasses to clean it? Is there a video or some? I tried to unlock the five (I believe) screws, but the glass does not lift. Any hint? Thank you.
PS I already contacted support but we weren’t able to fix it.
