Does anyone have this situation? I purchased the oven a few weeks ago. I noticed that there was some water from the gap (see the pic) when the steam reaches 100 degrees.
I’ve raised a request almost for three weeks. I am still waiting for the arrangement of a new oven. And got the replies very slowly.
