I really like the idea, I was planning on the A1 but the the new model has some cool features. I’m just worried about the 200 watts of less power.

@mbaynard the lower power really isn’t an issue, the only allowance you need to make is when cooking vegetables which need a higher temperature, and then all you have to do is start the water bath off with hot water from the tap or kettle and maybe use a lid of some sort. The unit is more than capable of holding what ever temperature you set it at once it gets there.
