My brand new Anova kicked the bucket!

In the middle of heating up for my MUCH anticipated sous vide egg bites (a la Starbucks). I’m SO UPSET. I have all these beautifully filled and sealed baby mason jars ready to cook! I was hoping customer service would hop right on it and overnight express me a replacement. Not happening. I’m really bummed out. Going to keep them all refrigerated and pay for express shipping I guess. It was my absolute favorite Xmas present.
UPDATE: there is no expedited shipping option, only 3 to 6 business days! Help!
