My precision cooker pro not start after update

Good morning,
Today for cooking beef for christmas i want use it ,
the application have sign update I have try the update but it fail at 89% (is the number on the screen of the device) my phone sign the error in update ,

i have retry arrive at 86… b
it not have update are shut down and nothing more the screen remain black,

i have try a few hours later to restart but nothing the screen remain black
Is it possible to reset?

You have left the update a bit late to get organised, but can still use the basic settings for a recipe via the website recipes page…

yes i have write to anova but i hope in short time other user help me to reset for cooking for cristmass …but nothing

just plug it in and use the manual temp settings surely!?

it is as easy as that unless you have missed something out?
has the screen frozen?

Have you looke at my reboot thread?
Have you checked the fuse?

Any noise when it is turned on?

Damn, you changed the fuse, no sound, nothing… Warranty replacement at the worst time of year.

Would perform a tear down on the diy bench when you get a replacement and see if it is a loose display connection.

My pro “sticks” but has never had a led screen failure.

Did you try slowly rotating the plugged in unit / banging it at all? (Check intermittency)

Just put a claim in under warranty if applicabls, otherwise id moan that this units extra cost of pro quality is not standing up to scrutiny.

Did steam get in or was it dead from taking it out of the cupboard after a long time inbetween uses?
