No response from Anova Support after mistake from rep

I’ve attached all the images needed. This was a MONTH ago. I tried several other ways to reach Anova Support, with no success: so this is my last hope.

I said I lived in Holland… Holland is the Netherlands. Rikka says they do not ship to Holland while The Netherlands is clearly in the list.

What’s the ticket number?
