Half my order never arrived even though it said it has shipped.
I only received the tracking number for half of my order.
I have contacted support 3 times over 3 weeks and I have received no response. I am very disappointed with anova’s service and support.
Has anyone else had a response from support@anovaculinary.com? It feels like no one is home.
