Only getting the '+' Symbol on the display

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently received a Precision Pro and I’m having an issue with it. I was setting it up on the app and it couldn’t find my Precision Pro on the first go round after inputting the code. I turned it off from the wall outlet and turned it back on, however I’m only getting the ‘+’ symbol on the bottom right of the display. I’ve tried to press it and holding down on it but nothing happens.

Does anyone know what has happened here and able to support me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m having the same problem. I purchased two late 2022 just befor Christmas, (one for a present) Have only just started using mine and initially I had a LED fail on the display last week and tonight I got the + of death.
Does anyone have any fix? I have all these bags full of food screaming!! COOK ME!! :wink:

SOLVED

** - This issue came up when I tried to join a new wifi due to a change in the Wifi SSID. Going thru the process to add it the Precision Pro seemed to just sit there for over 5 minutes. I decided to just turn off the Precision Pro at the wall thinking I could start again. That is when I got this issue of only the + (plus) symbol showing and I couldn’t do anything else at all after multiple power off and on again.

The SOLUTION: Leave the device powered on overnight, the dispay will likely still be the same. Unplug it from the wall, wait about 10 seconds for all power witin it to be discharged, plug back in and it should now come back to life and be fully functioning.

Hope this works for anyone else finding this issue.
