Is there a known fix for the + sign of doom on the pro? Tried setting up app and WiFi, it failed. After trying a second time unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and here we are.

Just for reference for others. I was advised by support to plug unit in ‘overnight’, kind of open to interpretation, and no change. Left plugged in for 3 days in fact and no change.
I’m over it sent back to Amazon. Ordered an INKBIRD for a fraction of the price, setup WiFi/app and running in a few minutes.
