Order showing as non existing but money debited from my account

I have placed an order HKM147189 last week and was not able to track order status through your website. Sent numerous enquiry to the support mailbox and receive no response.

Thought order was cancelled by mt card has been debited

Appreciate any form of update, not the best black friday experience
