I need to reset my password for connecting to the device, as I’ve forgotten what it was. But when I ask the app for a password reset link, the website just takes me to a page that says “Your email address has been confirmed” without allowing me to change the password.
The link looks like

which implies it’s a problem with how the password reset request is being handled once received.
