Any luck with getting the phone app to stay connected? I have Galaxy S8 and the Wi-Fi Anova.
Each time I’ve started up the Anova, the phone app will lose connection to the device and I had to resync completely as if it was a new device.
Then I can start a cook, set temp and timer, but minutes later the App will lose connection and clear my timer entirely. At least it won’t forget the temperature, but losing the timer can ruin my cook if I’m not paying attention.
I’ve gotten a return authorization but just wanted to double check, because I do like the manual controls in case the app fails in, uh, the future…
