Was using my Precision Cooker for about a month with no issues. Then I went to use it again and when I set the temperature and timer on the unit and pressed start I get a red light and four dashes. Tried different plugs over the course of several days and still the same problem. Contacted customer support who have not provided any advice on how to resolve the issue, nor can I find anything on the internet. I can’t exchange it for a new one as apparently I don’t have valid warranty as not bought from an authorized reseller (didn’t know, just bought from a place on Google Shopping). Grateful for any suggestions.

I have done that for my issue, and the response speed is quite fast.
Hi I did contact them and they tried to help but unfortunately couldn’t. Wasn’t covered by warranty so I have bought a new one! And they were good enough to give me a discount so can’t complain about their customer service.
