I’m curious to see if there are any updates. Has anyone been able to get the condensation and staining within the door resolved? I have one from a later batch which is exhibiting the same issues and their support team is telling me they are working on a more permanent solution.

Check and clean the seals around the oven. I had something splash down the bottom front of my oven that got under the seal and then hardened, pushing the seal away from the door, and preventing it from sealing cleanly to the oven. That caused excessive water to collect in my water tray, and I saw steam between the panes of glass for the first time, as well. It could be related to the problem you’re seeing.
