I can’t remove the pump cap no matter how hard I try… My sister tried to to no avail… Same with the skirt—turn it to the left with all my might-nothing budges it… Any suggestions would be welcome… what to do???
Apparently the skirt and cap are really stiff…I took it over to my brother-in-law and he was able to remove it. ---- took allot of strength but all is good now…
Mine was difficut to remove also. I used a silicone pot holder to securely grab the pump cap and that worked.
