So the other day I tried to start my new Anova PC from work to heat up the water for my dinner. When I got home the unit was on but not heating up. Well today I tried the same thing and I can set the temperature and start the cooker but after 10-15 seconds the unit lost wifi connection and now the app cannot find the cooker.All my other wifi devices are fine at home. Not real happy that I purchased this to start my cooks remote and it does not work as advertised. Any ideas from the community?
Remote control cooking appears to have its relability challenges.
Consider advanced SV batch oooking that will permit you to be actually present when reheating your food.
