Sometimes an email notification is generated when someone responds to a post you’re following. To respond, be sure to click “visit topic” in the email. Here’s how:
If you respond to the email instead, two things will happen:
- Your response will get lost in the internet abyss, or
- That response bounces to our support email/me/generates a support ticket.
tl;dr if you wanna keep the conversation going, don’t respond to an email notification, respond by going back to the community.
