I have an Anova Pro model and the stainless steel skirt has a stainless steel cap on the bottom. It keeps falling out and it takes many tries to get the cap back in just right. If it is not installed properly then it blocks the impeller and the unit goes into error mode. Anyone else with this issue?
Get hold of support. I have never seen this issue reported here.
