Support is pathetic!

No one answering the phones. Voice messages not returned. Email correspondences abandoned. Promised return calls not given.

Not sure where to go or what to do.

Paid for oven in full and received broken temp probe. Approaching three months and no replacement. How to you treat customers like this for such a small thing? You are selling ovens so there has to be probes!!

This product is not worthy of the time you have to spend on customer support!

Yeah, you already said as much elsewhere, I’ve answered there with a few suggestions / questions if you fancy taking a look.
