I set my Nano up to cook all day while I was at work. I did not set the timer. When I got home app 9 hours later, the temperature setting was set to a very low temp (I think it was 45 degrees).
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is this some kind of safety feature?

Never in my experience.
It’s possible that your Nano may have a safety feature that automatically lowers the temperature setting after a certain amount of time to prevent overcooking or burning. However, it’s also possible that there was a glitch in the system. If you continue to experience this issue, you may want to reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance.
