Temperature vs. time data logging?

Has anyone at ANOVA considered having the app record probe temperature every minute, and allowing the user to export these data?

I’d find this information very useful in creating and fine-tuning sous vide mode recipes.

this has been a common request from many beta testers afaik, but no signs that this is in the works
same for power consumption

I haven’t seen one Anova employee respond with anything on this forum related to the Oven.

I’ve considered same, but think its just far easier to run your own probe into the oven.
