Pork shoulder. Big one for 18 hours, followed by 6 hours in a smoker.

Everything comes out great, but our favorite recipes so far are from the app: the Garlic and Olive Oil Foccacia (I substitute rosemary for garlic) and the Crispy Duck Fat Potatoes (I substitute olive oil for duck fat). We also liked the Stuffed Shells dinner (added browned smoked sausage to that one). I hope you continue to add great recipes to the app.
