Hello. First time using. Strange bug on timer. Chose predefined guide for strip steak, time suggest 1 hour. Clicked start. Once preheating is done the app tells me it’s cooking but timer does not move. It’s just stuck at 1:00 and the “:” is blinking. What’s wrong here??
That definitely sounds like a bug - sorry to hear about this! I have experienced this same issue not so long ago, so the team is well aware of it and is currently working on this. Also, could you confirm if you have iOS or Android? And if the Anova Precision Cooker you have is a Wi-Fi model or a Bluetooth model? Thank you!
