I miss that too, but at the same time I believe the guys deserve a break to create some nice dishes with their own Anova cooker… :wink:

Now, @Jordan and @Bill, it would be so nice if a code appeared soon… it’s quite dark and cold here in Australia and I am camping in front of the computer waiting for it.

Besides that, it’s my birthday on the first week of June and the Anova would be a perfect gift, don’t you think?

Made 8 hour tritip steak last night which ended up at a tenderness between a good ribeye and a filet. Have also made the perfect one hour egg for eggs Benedict. I can see using this device regularly and am a big believer in the technology. Thanks Anova. It works so well that I am going to buy another as a gift for a friend.
