Hi, I just got the ANOVA precision oven and wanted to cook a turkey roll with stuffing in it. Can I sous vide this, or is it better just to roast it to an internal temperature?
Personally, I would not sous vide with stuffing unless I was certain I would reach a safe internal temp in a safe time period. Maybe you can do that.
