I am now the owner of two Anova circulators. I have the original and the new Precision Cooker. Yesterday it worked out great having two. In one pot at 132° F were hamburgers. I seasoned them with Montreal seasoning, a sprig of rosemary from the garden and a pat of butter on each. They were thicker than normal so I let them cook for an hour before searing. In the other pot I had corn cooking at 183° F for about 25-30 minutes. I timed it so I was removing the corn from the bag as the hamburgers were completing their sear. On one burger I added blue cheese and melted it with a torch.
The corn was perfect and very tasty. I can’t wait until the farmers market has freshly picked corn. The burgers were a touch over medium rare and very juicy. All in all a great meal.

You know, give it another 6 months and you’ll be posting that three are better than two… haha.
But yeah - definitely great to have two if you do a ton of veggies and want to do proteins at the same time
Three ARE better than two! ;-)
