Unable to log in to iPhone app after restoring iphone

Today I had to restore my iPhone as NEW so ALL apps needed to be downloaded again and re-installed. The ANOVA iOS app paired with my ANOVA wifi unit via Blu-tooth but will NOT allow me to log-in to my Anova account that’s worked fine for months.

I’ve checked upper/lower case accuracy and tried logging in with my user name or my email. Neither one works.

What other things produce log-in FAILS with account log-in?
